ROCHESTER - Annie Spencer, age 74, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Strong Memorial Hospital. Annie is preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Spencer, son-in-law, Michael Singleton, six brothers and two sisters. Annie is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Spencer; sons, Edward West, Woodrow and John Spencer; 14 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. Annie lived her life graciously, loving and helping others. Her life story will be shared during her Visitation, Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10:00 am-12pm at Evangelical Reformation Lutheran Church. Friends and family are invited to call, however, per NYS mandated restrictions visitations are limited to 40 people inside at one time and must hand sanitize and wear mask at church and Riverside cemetery.
